Repco Micro Finance Recruitment 2020: Educational Qualification

Manager & Deputy Manager
  1. Manager & Deputy Manager in the Technology Management Division – Any Graduate/Engineering/BCA with related experience.
  2. Zonal Heads, Inspection Division, Risk Management Division – Any Graduate and Experience in Financial Institution is preferable.
  • Chief Financial Officer in Accounts and Audit Division: Chartered Accountant or Graduate or ICAI Associated member.
  • Assistant General Manager: Engineering/MCA or Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant (CMA) / M.com/ MBA or Any other Postgraduate or BL/ LLB.

Repco Bank Micro Finance Salary Details

Deputy Manager – Rs.20050/- per month
Manager – Rs.26450/- per month
Assistant General Manager – Rs.39700/- per month
Chief Financial Officer – Rs.77650/- per month

Age Limit

  1. Deputy Manager – Must not have completed 33 years age (relaxation up to 40 yrs)
  2. Manager – Must not have completed 35 years age (relaxation up to 40 yrs)
  3. Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Must not have completed 45 years age (relaxation up to 50 yrs)
  4. Chief Financial Officer – Must not have completed 45 years age (relaxation up to 50 yrs)
